Decaying Gothic Style Church in Norfolk that was put up for

The Tidewater Region is most famous for its colonial history. This includes places such as Colonial Williamsburg, Colonial Jamestown, and Colonial Yorktown. However, beyond these sites are many lesser known yet deeply important historical buildings scattered throughout Tidewater. Lesser-known historical sites include old churches, schools, industrial sites, and more. These sites offer us a lens into the past of how ordinary people lived, worked, and worshiped.

Despite their historical significance, these sites often fall into decay due to the lack of tourists or big donors. Through everyone's combined efforts, the Tidewater Historical Restoration Initiative hopes to bridge this gap by drawing attention to these overlooked places and build the support system to ensure that these historical sites are available for future generations.
